"The Kohlert is back home and it is fantastic!!! I got goose bumps when removal of the protective material revealed the sop for the first time and I began to absorb the beauty of every etch, every cut, every line. The more I stared at your artwork, the more I discovered. Even someone else pointed out the engraving on the lyre screw head. "I just had my Prestini Classic alto engraved by Jason DuMars and the results are beautiful. I think this engraving rivals many of the classics. I asked Jason to use some restraint which he did, and in this case just right for what I like. We limited the engraving to both sides of the bell, both sides of the bow, and inside the bell rim at my request. The horn plays better than when I shipped it out. Amazing what a couple weeks with the keys wedged closed will do for seating the pads really well." - Jerry K.
